In Part 1 of this two part series, we began to examine the first two of four potential actions the project manager can start implementing when it appears that the client just won’t signoff on the project or periodic project deliverables…for whatever reason. They may be legitimate reasons, or just delay tactics on the part of the customer. Whatever the cause, something needs to happen…some corrective action must take place to kickstart the approval process and get the project back on track.
